Nokia at Mobile World Congress 2014: What you need to know
Mobile World Congress 2014 is set to take place in Barcelona, Spain starting on the 24th February and running on for four days. Nokia will be there and along with keynote speeches there are developer workshops and so much more to get excited about. Here we take a look at what you need to know about Nokia at Mobile World Congress 2014.
Mobile World Congress 2014 will take place 24 – 27 February 2014 and once again take place at Fira Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain.
Nokia at Mobile World Congress 2014 is shaping up to be an exciting experience. We’ll have to wait and see what the big reveal, as well as the expected talk of the show, will be but Nokia has already been tempting us with a rather strange set of videos featuring a Green Duck above.
Along with tempting us with videos, Nokia has once again launched a rather unique app for Nokia Lumia owners running Windows Phone 8, which allows you to make the most of your experience at the show.

The main action for Nokia kicks off on day one, as Monday 24th February at 8.30 – 9.30am (local time), which is 7.30am here in the UK, Nokia will be holding its keynote presentation in the Fira Gran Via, Hall 3, Nokia Stand (#3M30).
There will be limited press access to this keynote, you will need a valid MWC 2014 press pass to gain entry and due to limited space, it will be working on a first-come, first seated basis. Both wired and wireless internet access will be offering at the event.
If you can’t get into the keynote but still wish to watch, Nokia has stated that it will be showing a webcast of the event that will be hosted on its global site, Nokia Conversations.

Along with the main keynote conference, Nokia is also holding a conference within a conference, in the form of the Nokia App Developer Conference keynote. This will be taking place on Tuesday, 25 February 2014 starting at 11:00am (local time). This will be held at the Fira Gran Via, Hall 8, Theatre B.
The Nokia App Developer Conference is open to all Congress attendees but it is advisable to get their early as seating works on a first-come, first-served basis. The Nokia App Developer Conference is a unique opportunity to learn more about Nokia’s global application development ecosystem and speak face-to-face with Nokia experts.
