Big Brother Hotshots Day 40: Live Blog

20:45 Ellah and Butterphy are having a bite in the kitchen. Isn’t anyone preparing dinner tonight?

20:30 The dancing in the house has been absolutely entertaining to watch! JJ has even taken off his t-shirt as he was getting hot from all the dancing.

20:15 JJ, Idris and Butterphly have been dancing up a storm with each song that has been playing. One could swear it’s still comedy week the way these three have been going on!

20:15 Biggie started playing some music in the house and the hotshots are enjoying it very much. They have been dancing and singing along to the tracks played. The hotshots clearly can’t wait for the party tonight!

20:00 Idris and M’am Bea talk about talent and who can act better. Idris challenges M’am Bea to act out differet characters to prove that she is indeed a good actor. She asks Idris if he is talented and he answers, claiming that he is more than just talented.

19:30 Housemates have not retreated to doing some serious work for the extravaganza. Perhaps they have loosened up a little too much? No?

19:15 Sipe tells the housemates that Biggie is worried about them as he has not being seeing much work going into the extravaganza. Housemates giggle and Ellah laughing assured Biggie that they were working.

19:00  Nhlanhla and Sheillah are spending what seems to be an eternity in the booth, taking selfies. How many selfies can a couple take in an hour though? They occasionally take breaks to go through the pictures already taken. They are clearly enjoying the task and ofcourse they look cute!

18:45  Nhlanhla and Butterphly have fun in the selfie booth, pulling funny faces. The housemates have obviously missed having a phone in their hands.

18:35  Buttephly is hungry and Tayo makes Ellah dance while she does some ironing with his drums.

18:00  M’am Bea dances for Figgie,

17:44  Sipe is having a cinfessional with Figgie and discusses vodka and partying. JJ is “traumatizingly” gifted.

17:25  Ellah and Goitse have a chat in the kitchen.

17:00  Ellah discusses size with Figgie. JJ, Nhlanhla, trezagah and Macky2 are mentioned.

16:43  Figgie is too busy to chat to Butterphly.

16:30  Sheillah is in the diary room where Figgie, drunk and raucous goes silent and is “busy” “Dynamite comes in small packages.”

14:50  They are using the props and giving their shoutouts including a serious message about ebola. It’s not all serious though…

14:25  The housemates give shout outs in the selfie booth wearing their Tecno t-shirts.

14:05  The housemates have a song and a dance with their famous guest and mentor. M’am Bea is overjoyed by being told that she is an amazing actress.

13:29  The housemates are all ears, learning from an industry heavyweight.

13:15 We welcome Nigerian actor and activist Desmomd Elliot to the house.

13:00 Ellah and Mr.265 discuss social avtivism and the plight against Ebola in preparation of their activist guest.

12:40 Housmates clear the house for their guest.

12:24 Housemates excitedly await the arrival of Nigerian activist Desmond Elliot. He will mentor them with regards to thier acting skills while encouraging housemates to use their fame to make a positive difference.

11:51  The housemates love this task. Who is first in? Ellah. Of course she is, the Ugandan beauty queen is in her element.

11:40  The housemates go outside and take selfies.

11:10  Sipe is called into the diary room. Housemates are told to go indoors. Sipe reads out the next task. Phantom Z Selfie Booth with props and they must wear their Tecno Mobile t-shirts.

10:41  Goitse tells Nhlanhla and JJ a story. “It’s a hard one.” Nhlanhla. Talking about alone time.

10:25 Ellah asks Idris if he’s checked up on Samantha who, she reports, isn’t feeling well.

10:05 Ellah and M’am Bea get ready for the sunny day ahead while Nhlanhla and Samantha snooze the morning out.

09:47 Sheillah retreats to bed while the rest get ready.

09:30 JJ, Nhlanhla and Idris do a dry-run of thier script for modern drama.

09:15 Macky2 spits a couple of raps and rhymes for measure this morning.

09:00 Sheillah whips up some early morning grease after an excercise-less morning.

08:30 Quinten Jansen is in the house to help housemates with developing their Perod Ricard Modern Drama.
