Big Brother Hotshots Day 13: The Extravaganza is done and dusted!

The hour hiteth and the Extravaganza begun! First up on the stage was the Silver Team (team A) consisting of Samantha, Kacey Moore, JJ, Esther, Laveda, Nhlanhla, Lilian, Ellah, Idris, Alusa, Permithias and M’am Bea to perform their modern-themed Bollywood skit. Their show seemingly went well although conversation came through from backstage and Samantha was heard cautioning her team that the satge was left empty for too long.

Idris was the star of the show with his hilarious acting out of his role. Lilian showed off her impeccable acting skills although she quickly lost her Indian accent (as did Nhlanhla and Samantha) and Alusa did not disappoint with his boldness and confidence on stage. Their dance moves were a little shakey and didn’t quite flow from the beginning. However, all eneded well and their performance was done.

Next up was the Gold Team (Team B) consisting of Arthur, Butterphly, Frankie, Macky2, Mr. 265, Goitse, Luis, Sipe, Sabina, Sheillah, Tayo and Trezagah who presented their fantasy/traditional-themed skit. Trezagah came out with drama as the hit man on the show. Sabina did great with her Indian humming as so did Tayo. Frankie and Sheillah did very well, with Sheillah excelling in her Indian accent. Although Tayo has a strong Nigerian accent, he also did well in wrapping his tongue around the Indian accent. Frankie forgot his lines at some stages but the team did not let this show as Sheillah covered up well for him.

Both teams came out with the best of themselves and it was indeed fun and colourful performances. Which team stood out for you?
